What is the cost of shipping and the processing time?
The cost of shipping is determined by weight and distance which is calculated at checkout.
Local delivery is available free of charge for orders of $50 or more to select cities in the greater Sacramento area (Folsom, Granite Bay, Roseville, Citrus Heights, Orangevale and Fair Oaks).
Orders are processed within 48-72 hours during our business days Monday to Friday. In the rare case there is a delay in processing or a shop vacation, there will be a special note posted.
We do not accept returns but please reach out if you have an issue and we will handle on a case by case basis. Our goal is always to ensure you are happy with your experience and we strive to find the best solutions.
What is the difference between the Essential and Premium Party Box?
An Essential Party Box includes tableware for each guest. This typically will be plates, napkins, cutlery and glasses or cups. Most will also include a placemat or charger plate. This is perfect for those who want a straight forward set up or a starting point with the freedom to select your own party decorations to match.
A Premium Party Box includes what is in an Essential box but also additional party decorations to match the theme and/or color scheme. This is perfect for those who want extra decorations for a full party set up.
Some of our Essential Party Boxes have a Premium Upgrade option and we are consistently adding new boxes to both collections.
This depends on the vendor the items are from and how those items within a pack can be distributed. In order to curate our party boxes we source from multiple vendors and conveniently arrange products into one box for you. Certain vendors have regulations we must follow and Ray Made Party strives to maintain a good relationship and respect of each vendor used.
Select party boxes have the option to add on additional guest settings and/or items.
